From Brunswick in the south to Searsport in the north, this region of the Pine Tree State is worth a stop on your next weekend adventure.
They say the quickest route between two points is a straight line, but everyone knows that’s not always the best way to reach your destination. The drive from Portland, Maine to Acadia National Park is a little over three hours if you drive straight through on the highway—but you’ll cruise right past some of Maine’s best art, culture, and awe-inspiring natural beauty.
We can’t help but notice the amount of winter fat biking happening in our region this year! Because fat tires bikes are incredibly light and the tires are much wider than traditional bicycles or mountain bikes, fat tire bikes allow the rider to explore just about any terrain.
