French Specialties

Chef Michael is leading Culinary Adventure Tours to the Loire Valley in France. Get a sneak peak into some of his favorite French dishes that he prepares at the Chateau near Chambord. We’ll start off with a Mushroom and Duck Crêpe, followed by a Carrot Soup with Nutmeg Croutons and a Dill Cream. For a main course, we will make Salmon “Polonaise” with a Lemon Sauce and finish the class with an Apple and Pecan Tarte Tatin.

Weekend Cooking Class Getaway packages are $366 – $565 and include two nights lodging, breakfast each morning, afternoon cookies and tea, our five course Chef's Tasting dinner for two and enrollment for one in the cooking class.
