Sous Vide – Provençal Cuisine Cooking Class at the Hartstone Inn

Sous Vide cooking is just starting to take off with home cooks, and this course will introduce you to the equipment, concepts and basic techniques needed to get you started.  Recipes from our Foodie Trip to Provence will be featured and include:

Chicken Breast with a Foie Gras-Fig Cream and Herbed New Potatoes
Olive Oil-Poached Salmon with Roasted Peppers
Provençal Vegetables
Beef Tenderloin with a Ratatouille Butter
Creme Brûlée

Weekend Cooking Class Getaway packages are $366 – $565 and include two nights lodging, breakfast each morning, afternoon cookies and tea, our five course Chef's Tasting dinner for two and enrollment for one in the cooking class.
